CALIBRE, an employee‑owned mission‑focused solutions and digital transformation company is looking for a Staff Accountant. The Staff Accountant is responsible for coordinating and supporting various Treasury, General Ledger, and AP functions.
Duties- Manage corporate cash management, insurance, credit card, and vehicle pool processes
- Maintain corporate business licenses and registrations
- Maintain corporate stock records and shareholder list
- Support month‑end closing process
- Review and process expense reports
- Support ESOP, 401(k), financial statement, and various other audits
- Work on process improvements
- Other duties as assigned
- Knowledge of treasury functions
- Knowledge of general financial accounting
- Knowledge of GAAP and FAR
- Effective oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and analytical skills and extreme attention to detail - Proficiency with MS Office (specifically Excel)
- 5+ years of related experience (general ledger, corporate treasury operations)
- Working knowledge of Gov Con ERP systems (Deltek Costpoint)
- BA/BS in Accounting and/or Finance from an accredited college/university
