Key Responsibilities Tax Planning & Advisory- Develop and implement proactive tax planning strategies
- Prepare tax projections and planning analyses
- Research complex tax matters and provide recommendations
- Assist clients in achieving financial and business goals
- Identify tax-saving opportunities and strategic solutions
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and business owners
- Deliver exceptional planning, consulting, and advisory services
- Identify opportunities for expanded services
- Provide year-round guidance and support
- Review complex individual, business, estate, and trust tax returns
- Oversee tax compliance processes and deadlines
- Manage tax provision and compliance activities
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Mitigate client tax risks and exposure
- Supervise, train, and mentor tax professionals
- Review staff work and provide timely feedback
- Manage engagement workflow and staffing needs
- Foster collaboration and accountability across teams
- Support professional development initiatives
- Improve processes and implement best practices
- Maintain tax-related general ledger balances and adjustments

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- Active CPA license
- 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations
