Office & Marketing Coordinator

Location:

Alexandria, VA | Full-Time In Office | Monday–Friday 8AM - 5PM

About the Role

SERVPRO Team Warnecki is seeking a motivated Office & Marketing Coordinator to support our office operations, assist with marketing initiatives, and coordinate events that promote our brand and engage clients. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and excited to contribute to a growing team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and record keeping
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media, promotional materials, and client communications
  • Plan and coordinate company and client events, including logistics, vendors, and schedules
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment, including restocking supplies and managing office décor
  • Support other departments as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required; some college or marketing/business coursework preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift files and set up event materials as needed
