Receptionist – State Farm Agent Team Member

We are seeking a dynamic individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive, productive workplace. The candidate should thrive in a supportive role and be eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry.

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers' needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year. Full time in Alexandria.
