Location

Northern Virginia (local candidates only)
- Oversee move‑ins and move‑outs, scheduling property evaluations and ensuring residents experience seamless transitions.
- Document property conditions at move‑in and move‑out, address questions and coordinate follow‑up.
- Coordinate make‑ready projects, such as repairs, cleanings, and other services between tenant turnovers.
- Maintain communication with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to keep homes prepped for new residents.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents during transition periods, answering questions and resolving concerns.
- Encourage residents to provide feedback and positive reviews.
- Collaborate with the leasing team to share updates on property conditions and ensure landlord/investor clients stay informed.
- Provide concierge‑level service, educating investors on property status and potential upgrades.
- Accurately document all interactions and property details, keeping digital and physical records updated for compliance and accountability.
- Customer‑focused, enjoying helping people and creating positive resident experiences.
- Detail‑oriented, noticing small things that improve property conditions.
- Organized and flexible, able to juggle multiple tasks and re‑prioritize as needed.
- Clear communicator, relaying information effectively in writing and verbally to residents, investors, contractors, and team members.
- Tech‑savvy, comfortable using software tools, apps, and online platforms.
- Local to Northern Virginia to handle field work and property visits.
- Interested in real estate, eager to learn about single‑family property management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Experience in a customer‑facing or project coordination role is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass background checks in accordance with local regulations.
- Hourly rate: $18–$25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
- Performance bonuses based on team and NPS performance (not guaranteed).
- Full‑time, 40 hours per week plus occasional overtime paid at 1.5x.
- Hybrid work approach: field work, remote tasks, and office collaboration.
- Initial training: 3 days per week at the Gainesville, VA headquarters; 2 days per week at the Alexandria office.
- Paid holidays and PTO: 8 paid holidays plus additional paid time off based on tenure.
- Mileage reimbursement for field visits and errands.
