Contract Compliance Coordinator/ Junior Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Contract Compliance Coordinator/ Junior Project Coordinator to join the team immediately. This is supporting an electronic security system program - installation and service/maintenance for multiple sites across the nation for access control, intrusion detection and CCTV upgrades. This is a remote role, but the preference is for this person to sit in Central Time or Mountain Time zone.

This is supporting a government client, so you must be able to obtain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities include:

• providing weekly updates to local branch offices about schedule and status of project -- data gathering from field to provide report to customer
• billing, invoices and PO management for projects
• communication with local offices for coordinating schedules for install/service
• attend bi-weekly client calls with the customer and Program Manager
