Position: Records and Information Management Specialist with Security Clearance
Duties As a Records and Information Management Specialist at the GS-0308-12/13 some of your typical work assignments may include: GS-13 Duties:
1. Serve as the subject matter expert in all instances of information management
2. Develop, implement and manage procedures and policies for DCPAS knowledge management, in support of a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration
3. Federal records management functions to include scheduling, organization, management, storage, disposition, and training
4. SharePoint site collection management and administration
5. Execute the function of a FOIA and Privacy Act action officer, managing cases, liaising with stakeholder offices, and providing guidance to staff
6. Manage the 508 compliance program, coordinating remediation and training to staff. GS-12 Duties:

* Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft. Qualifications You may qualify at the GS-13, if you fulfill the following qualifications:

A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service:
* Establishing information architectures and creating new procedures to execute information management programs.
* Developing and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions, including custom workflows, forms, and dashboards.
* Ensuring all electronic and information technology (EIT) developed, procured, maintained, or used by the organization is compliant with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
* Manages the agency's records management program in accordance with National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) and agency directives. You may qualify at the GS-12, if you fulfill the following qualifications:

A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service:
* Supporting the establishment of information architecture and drafting new procedures to execute information management programs.
* Assisting with ensuring all electronic and information technology (EIT) developed, procured, maintained, or used by the organization is compliant with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
* Following the agency's records management program in accordance with National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) and agency directives. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, Ameri Corps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Education Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level. Additional information Re-employed Annuitant:
