Receptionist – Alexandria, VA
Tek Systems is currently hiring for a Receptionist in Alexandria, VA.
MUST HAVE: 1-3 years of administrative, office experience, customer service experience or similar. Also open to entry level graduate with a bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities- Greeting guests at the front desk.
- Organizing and sending mail.
- Answering messages and assisting staff.
- Providing support for auditors and clients.
- Maintaining client/customer information, supporting billing, data entry, and administrative research.
- 1‑3 years of administrative or customer service experience.
- Entry‑level graduate with a bachelor’s degree (acceptable).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Contract position based out of Alexandria, VA. Fully onsite.
Pay$17.00 – $17.00 per hour.
