Description
ATSI support services are growing. We are currently seeking a dedicated professional with a proven track record of success to join our team. The Project Management Analyst will be responsible for providing mid-level project and program support to the Oversight and Compliance Directorate (O&C) within the Office of the Director of Administration and Management (ODA&M). The Director of Administration and Management is the Principal Staff Assistant to the Secretary of War on DoW-wide administration, organization, and management in accordance with DoDD 5105.53.
Within this office, the O&C is the advisor for all privacy, civil liberties, transparency, regulatory, and intelligence oversight matters. This includes the requirement to monitor and report compliance-related matters and trends; track and report specific activities; and recommends revisions to laws, DoW policies, and training programs.
- Perform daily management of contract support operations, including the organization, direction, and coordination of planning and production for projects and deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance to the project team and ensure the quality of work products.
- Provide consultative, analytical, technical, coordination, presentation, and general management analyst services to support the O&C staff.
- Draft, track, coordinate, integrate, and report on a range of documents, including internal management controls and processes, routine correspondence, training materials, briefing materials, strategic documents and initiatives and activities of senior governance councils and departmental efforts to support all O&C missions.
- Coordinate meetings and develop meeting-related supporting materials including PowerPoint presentations, read-ahead packets, agendas, attendance, and post-meeting summaries and tasking documents as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of Government training materials/guides for required related statutory and regulatory training; assistance may also include in-person coordination, scheduling, and advance site preparation, assisting attendees/presenters, and delivering training.
- Research and analyze legal statues, regulations, DoW policy and issuances, and relevant historical information to draft, develop, coordinate, track, and report on projects to include correspondence to Congress and DoW Leadership, work products, and briefing materials.
- Review and assess Computer Matching Agreements (CMAs) for compliance with the Privacy Act, OMB guidance, and DoW policy, developing interagency partnerships and managing the coordination process for approval and publication in the Federal Register.
- Assist in the preparation, coordination, and delivery of reoccurring and novel reports and notices to Congress, OMB, and DoW Senior Leadership, to include the Section 1639 Breach Notice and the DoW Annual Matching Activity Report.
- Partner with Government Action Officers to develop Project Management plans and workflow schedules, maintain databases and tracking mechanisms, and input and track packages in the Correspondence Action Tracking Management System (CATMS).
- Provide office and clerical support, including data entry, meeting management, correspondence and mail management, records management, note taking, coordinating logistics, and drafting memos and letters.
- Create resources including Standard Operating Procedures, checklists, templates, technology guides, process flowcharts, presentations, and outreach materials in a variety of formats for use throughout the Government.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Minimum of five (5) years of work experience providing mid-level project and program support within the DoW or other Federal agency, or as contract support to such agency.
- Experience working with Federal regulatory, privacy, civil liberties, or FOIA program(s) preferred.
- Ability to maintain an active DoW Secret level clearance.
