Docketing Specialist

Seeking full-time Docketing Specialist to join our Docketing Department. Offers competitive salaries, excellent benefits, and professional growth opportunities. Hours are 6:00 a.m.

- 2:30 p.m.

• Processing client correspondence and accurately docketing necessary deadlines.
• Reviewing and entering USPTO and foreign correspondence for Patent and Trademark matters into the docketing system.
• Monitoring and updating case records to ensure deadline compliance.
• Coordinating with attorneys and staff to maintain docketing accuracy.
• Generating and distributing docket reports as needed.
• Identifying and resolving docketing discrepancies or issues.

• Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail skills
• Ability to problem-solve and work independently
• Strong Microsoft Office experience with fast/accurate typing – minimum 40 wpm
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office.
