Mitigation Admin Assistant

Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Corp -  - Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Mitigation Department, Project Managers, and Estimators;
Assist with creating, reviewing, and updating estimates and job documentation in Xactimate;
Upload and maintain job documentation, photos, drying logs, estimates, invoices, and other required documents;
Monitor job assignments and ensure required documentation is submitted within program deadlines;
Communicate with insurance adjusters, TPA representatives, customers, and internal team members
