Automotive Service Advisor

We are looking for an experienced service advisors. Join our Lindsay Volvo of Alexandria service team. As a premium automotive brand, Volvo is known for safety, technology, and a customer-first philosophy, and we’re looking for someone who can deliver that same level of excellence in our service department.

• Welcome customers and create a professional, personalized service experience
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines, vehicle condition, and customer needs
• Prepare accurate repair orders and provide clear explanations of recommended work
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process
• Coordinate closely with technicians and the parts department to keep repairs moving efficiently
• Review completed work with customers and explain services performed
• Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage customer loyalty
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver an exceptional experience consistent with the Volvo brand

• Valid driver license and a good driving record.
• Previous automotive service advisor experience
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to explain automotive services in a way customers can easily understand
• Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
• Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
