Automotive Technician — or B Level

Bradham Automotive is looking for an experienced A- or B-Level Automotive Technician to join our team.

We have the work. We need another technician to help us produce it.

Our current two-technician production team consistently produces approximately 85–100+ flagged hours per week.

We're adding another productive technician to expand our production capacity, while continuing to invest heavily in growing car count.

Our goal is simple: keep our technicians' bays full and give productive technicians the opportunity to consistently flag 50+ hours per week.

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical abilities.
• Comfortable diagnosing drivability, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, and other complex vehicle concerns.
• Able to complete complex repairs efficiently with limited supervision.
• ASE certifications preferred.

• 2–5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong mechanical repair abilities.
• Comfortable with brakes, steering and suspension, maintenance, cooling systems, HVAC, and general repair.
• Developing diagnostic and electrical abilities.
• ASE certifications preferred, but not required.

All candidates should have their own basic hand tools, a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, and take pride in producing accurate, efficient, quality work.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Diagnosing and completing repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Performing thorough digital vehicle inspections.
• Clearly communicating findings and recommendations to the service team.
• Keeping your work and bay organized.
• Following established shop processes.
• Being dependable and contributing to the production team.

We're looking for someone who wants to produce, not simply occupy a bay.

We're adding production capacity — we're not replacing a technician.

We believe a flat-rate technician shouldn't have to wonder whether there will be enough work to make a paycheck. That's why we're continuing to invest in marketing and car count as we add production capacity.

The objective isn't to bring in another technician and divide the same amount of work among more people. The objective is to grow the workload, increase what the shop can produce, and keep productive technicians productive.
