Career Development Program – Operations (Operations Leader Trainee) Position Overview
White Cap is hiring an Operations Leader Trainee as part of the Career Development Program. The program is a 12–18 month training course that includes on‑job training, job shadowing, leadership development, and partnership with managers to help accelerate your career from the warehouse to customer service, management and beyond.

- Willing to relocate upon completing the program.
- Able to start the program between March and June 2026.

- Strong operations focus, including partnering with customers to develop value‑added solutions and experience leading or building a team.
- Strong communication skills and experience conversing with team members and customers.
