Role OverviewPolaris is seeking a Mentor‑Protégé Program Analyst to support a federal small business office Mentor‑Protégé Program. This role supports program oversight through needs assessments, drafting and coordinating program content, onboarding support for new agreements, program management reviews, and budget and expenditure tracking.
What You Will Do- Support program oversight through action tracking, suspense management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Conduct needs assessments and translate findings into clear recommendations and work products.
- Draft and coordinate program guidance, templates, communications, and briefings.
- Support onboarding of new mentor‑protégé agreements, including readiness checks, routing, and comment consolidation.
- Support Program Management Reviews (PMRs) by coordinating agendas, materials, minutes, and action‑item closure.
- Support budget and expenditure tracking and reporting to enable leadership visibility.
- Incorporate internal and external guidance into program products as needed, including legislative and acquisition‑related policies and directives, consistent with customer direction and governance.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in program support, acquisition support, policy support, or a related role.
- Strong writing and coordination skills, including the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, well‑organized documentation and status reporting.
