Coordinates and supports the development of the annual Program Objective Memorandum (POM) for the Defense Suicide Prevention Office (DSPO) portfolio of programs.
Builds, executes, and analyzes the budget based on capabilities validated and approved within each of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) phases.
Engages directly in supporting Program Managers with the processes associated with support agreements, requirements management, budgeting, funds execution, accounting and validation of resource activity, compliance, assessing risk, and analysis.
Coordinates with acquisition staff and contracting officers, as well as DSPO program Contracting Officer's Representatives and program managers, to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables in the DHRA acquisition process.
Supports Risk Management & Internal Controls Program and the development of recommendations for continuous process improvement for DSPO, encompassing the full spectrum of fiscal and requirements management.
