Tower Strategy Group is seeking an entrepreneurial individual to fill a full-time Analyst position in our Alexandria, VA office. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and communication skills, an understanding and experience with AI tools, and the drive to contribute meaningfully from day one.
Tower Strategy Group is a boutique strategy and management consulting firm serving Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, and the federal government. We execute high-impact engagements across three service areas:
Transformation, Turnaround, and Integration. Our proprietary platform,
fu.sion AI , encodes 18+ years of consulting methodology into agentic AI workflows that sit at the center of how we deliver work. Analysts at Tower Strategy work directly with this platform and contribute to its ongoing development.
In this role, you will carry real responsibility. You will contribute to client engagements, participate in business development, and support firm development efforts alongside a senior team. Responsibilities- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis in support of client engagements
- Leverage fu.sion AI to execute agentic workflows, synthesize data, and support deliverable development
- Support prompt engineering and AI training initiatives, including client-facing work in this area
- Conduct primary and secondary research
- Prepare and organize materials for client workshops and presentations
- Draft and refine client deliverables in PowerPoint and Word
- Support senior team members in client interactions and project management
- Contribute to business development and firm development efforts
- Own project logistics and coordination
- Bachelor's degree from a strong academic institution
- 0-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated comfort with, and understanding of, AI and LLM tools
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A demonstrated pattern of initiative
- Must have permanent U.S. work authorization; we are unable to sponsor visas
- Ability to travel occasionally for client engagements; travel is minimal and varies by project, with most work performed in-office
- Direct, informal access to senior leadership, including our Founder & Managing Director
- Exposure to client engagements, business development, and strategic decision-making that most analysts would not see until much later in their career
- Hands-on experience with fu.sion AI and its ongoing development
- A steep learning curve on a small, close-knit team where your work is visible and valued from day one
- $78,500 base salary, plus a performance-based annual bonus of up to $6,532
