Overview
We’re hiring an experienced Safety Director to join a leading commercial contractor delivering high-quality construction projects across Northern Virginia and the DC metro area
.
This is a senior leadership role where you’ll lead the safety function company-wide
, driving a strong safety culture and ensuring best-in-class standards across all projects.
- Lead and manage the company safety team
- Develop, implement, and enforce safety programs and policies
- Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations
- Deliver safety training and toolbox talks
- Partner with project teams to proactively manage site safety
