We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating (demolition, ceiling and drywall scopes), with the ability to analyze project specifications and develop accurate cost estimates. This role requires excellent negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of construction contracts, ensuring that all estimates align with project goals and client expectations.

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for construction projects.
• Utilize software tools for accurate project estimation.
• Conduct site visits to gather information on site conditions and assess potential challenges.
• Manage cost control measures to ensure projects remain within budget while meeting quality standards.
• Prepare detailed reports outlining estimated costs and present findings to stakeholders for review.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to secure favorable terms for the company.

• Proven experience in construction estimating or a related field, with a strong understanding of construction processes.
• Proficiency in using estimation software such as Heavy Bid and Bluebeam is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of cost control practices and pricing strategies within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with construction management principles and practices is essential.
• Previous experience working on construction sites is preferred, providing insight into practical challenges faced during projects.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
