Senior Manager – Construction Consulting

Location:

Alexandria, VA

• Grow the Construction Disputes business, focusing on developing, expanding, and managing client relationships domestically and internationally.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and promote Exponent’s diverse service offerings in collaboration with other consultants in the Construction Consulting Practice and across the firm.
• Participate in the Company’s Business Development initiatives.
• Actively participate in Industry and Trade Associations.
• Manage projects and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality work products to clients.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor staff in the Construction Consulting Practice.

• Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 15+ years of experience in project/construction management or construction consulting; project site experience and solid technical knowledge is desired.
• Experience in construction claims, litigation services, and construction consulting services is desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Base salary range determined by experience and capabilities during the interview process.
• Total compensation includes base salary, an annual bonus, and a 401(k) employer contribution of 7% of base salary.
