• Minimum 5 years of construction Superintendent experience
• Experience managing commercial construction projects from groundbreaking through closeout
• Ability to lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
• Experience maintaining project schedules and driving milestone completion
• Knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Experience conducting quality control inspections and enforcing project standards
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices
• Experience leading project meetings and coordinating with owners, architects, and consultants
• Proficiency with construction management software and field technology platforms
• Ability to identify and resolve field issues proactively
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience managing project documentation, daily reports, and site logistics
• Ability to maintain organized and productive jobsites
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required
