- Minimum 5 years of construction Superintendent experience
- Experience managing commercial construction projects from groundbreaking through closeout
- Ability to lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
- Experience maintaining project schedules and driving milestone completion
- Knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Experience conducting quality control inspections and enforcing project standards
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices
- Experience leading project meetings and coordinating with owners, architects, and consultants
- Proficiency with construction management software and field technology platforms
- Ability to identify and resolve field issues proactively
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience managing project documentation, daily reports, and site logistics
- Ability to maintain organized and productive jobsites
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required
