Job Overview
Commercial Interiors Superintendent | Renovations, Historic Restoration & Occupied‑Space Projects | Established General Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high‑quality construction projects throughout the Mid‑Atlantic region.
Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year
Responsibilities- Lead field operations and ensure successful project execution from start to finish.
- Manage commercial construction projects from groundbreaking through closeout.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
- Maintain project schedules and drive milestone completion.
- Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Conduct quality control inspections and enforce project standards.
- Lead project meetings and coordinate with owners, architects, and consultants.
- Maintain organized and productive jobsites.
- Manage project documentation, daily reports, and site logistics.
- Minimum 5 years of construction Superintendent experience.
- Knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing.
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices.
- Proficiency with construction management software and field technology platforms.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve field issues proactively.
- Stable and respected contractor with a strong project backlog.
