- Minimum 8 years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent or Lead Superintendent
- Experience managing tenant interiors, commercial renovations, or retail construction projects
- Experience overseeing projects valued up to approximately $10 million
- Ability to supervise subcontractors and manage daily field operations
- Ability to coordinate project schedules and sequencing of work activities
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience managing jobsite safety and enforcing safety standards
- Experience coordinating materials, equipment, and manpower on active job sites
- Experience maintaining daily reports, field documentation, and jobsite records
- Ability to coordinate closely with Project Managers and project teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills in a field environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- OSHA safety certification
- Proficiency with construction management tools and scheduling platforms
- Ability to lead subcontractor coordination meetings and jobsite planning sessions
