Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year

• Lead field operations and ensure successful project execution from groundbreaking through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Maintain project schedules and drive milestone completion.
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Conduct quality control inspections and enforce project standards.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate with owners, architects, and consultants.
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively.
• Maintain organized and productive jobsites.
• Manage project documentation, daily reports, and site logistics.

• Minimum 5 years of construction Superintendent experience.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects from groundbreaking through closeout.
• Ability to lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices.
• Proficiency with construction management software and field technology platforms.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
