STRUCTURAL is looking for Leadman to join our Building Envelope High
- Rise Restoration team performing work in Alexandria, VA area.

Our ideal candidates will have:
* 5+ years of prior construction experience
* Reliable transportation to travel to various concrete repair projects.
* Experience in accurately interpreting structural drawings.
* Experience with a self-performing contractor (concrete, masonry, steel, building envelope/facade, waterproofing, mechanical, or industrial), general contractor, or specialty contractor.

Construction duties include basic labor tasks in addition to performing some higher-level tasks under supervision such as mixing repair mortars and chemical grouts, cement finishing, forming and rebar placement.  Osha 30, SST and 4 hr. Flagger courses are a plus.

Strong consideration will be given to those who are hardworking and willing to learn. Must be team and solution oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude, and be safety oriented.  Bi-lingual English / Spanish is a plus.

Earn $30-$40 per hour based upon years and level of experience.
