r with recent water/wastewater construction experience to lead major pursuits and proposals for large-scale municipal infrastructure projects

Lead pursuits, proposals, bid strategy, and bid-day activitie - s.Coordinate estimating information and develop competitive proposal
- s.Participate in owner interviews and presentation
- s.Remain involved through the GMP pha
se following awar - d.Collaborate with estimating, operations, engineering, and project team
- s.Build and eventually lead a small preconstruction tea

Strong recent experience in water/wastewater construction/preconstructi
o - n.Experience with large municipal infrastructure project
- s.Strong understanding of self-perform construction, particularly concrete and mechanica
- l.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skill
- s.Bachelor's degree preferre
