Required Skills & Experience
- Must have Public-Private-Partnership Experience (PPP)

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in project delivery, construction management, owner's representation, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience supporting or managing medium-to-large complexity projects.
• Proven experience implementing collaborative delivery methods such as CMAR, CMGC, Progressive Design-Build, or Design-Build.
• Experience with contract administration, negotiation, and procurement processes.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Municipal wastewater, infrastructure, or public-sector experience.

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Construction Owners Advisor Representative in the Washington D.C. area. The Delivery Manager role will support a Senior Owner's Advisor in the successful planning, execution, and completion of collaborative delivery (CMAR/progressive design-build) projects by acting as a liaison between the project owner and various stakeholders. This role is client focused and will assist in ensuring that the project aligns with the owner's vision, goals, and objectives while adhering to budget, schedule, and quality standards.

The role will help Owners select project delivery methods, attend market sounding and outreach, develop Request for Qualifications and Proposals, review responses, assist legal teams with contract documents and negotiations, review pricing proposals and oversee construction contracts performing risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies through start-up and commissioning.

Yearly Salary Range $126,000 - $172,000
