What company will I be working for?

I will be working for a national security services firm, providing cutting-edge services across DoD and other agencies. Inflow believes in making it matter for every employee, customer, and mission we support. We put employees first, providing innovative benefits and great technology.

In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will work alongside Government civilians and other government contractors. You will support the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) for the Department of Defense.

I must possess an active Secret clearance.

I will be part of a team of professional digital media specialists, desktop publishers, and public affairs specialists. I will photograph indoor and outdoor events, take group shots, and photograph portraits for employee photos and passport photos. I will quickly edit photos and videos using government-provided tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite. In addition, I will:

• Provide photography and videography support, including editing and technical correction for official personnel photos and documentation of OIG activities and events, meetings, retirements, and ceremonies.
• Present photographic material in magazines, books, newspapers, computer monitors, touch‑screen tablets, websites, CD-ROMs, and other visual media platforms.
• Respectfully provide creative direction to varying levels of government officials regarding photography and videography.
• Create and edit short videos and upload them to internal sites or social media including Linked In, Twitter, and You Tube.
• Provide audio recording and editing for podcasts.
• Maintain the photo archive.
• Provide photography support for internal stories and publications.
• Provide studio portraits for passports, profiles, and other internal uses.
• Ensure quality products each time.
• Provide status on deliverables and timelines.
• Handle confidential and classified information, ensuring it is not distributed outside approved individuals or systems.
• Conduct work in government‑provided tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

I must meet the minimum requirements listed below.

• 2+ years of photography and videography experience.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Experience photographing events and portraits.
• Videography experience, including editing and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in using Nikon digital cameras.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience uploading visual media to You Tube, Linked In, and Twitter.
• Ability to travel to events as needed.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree. Graphic design preferred; a BS/BA is highly desired.
• Experience using audio equipment, including microphones and teleprompters.

I will be working in Alexandria, VA. The address will be disclosed after clearance is verified.
