Overview
As a service consultant you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records. You will serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.

Responsibilities- Lead the mobile service team, ensuring technicians are supported, motivated, and deliver excellent service in the field.
- Utilize existing knowledge of dealership operations to integrate mobile service smoothly with in-store processes.
- Oversee scheduling and dispatching to balance workload and maximize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements, warranty standards, and dealership policies.
- Act as a direct point of contact for customers when issues arise in the field, maintaining strong relationships.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, suggesting improvements to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Support the service department by cross-training staff and promoting collaboration between in-dealership and mobile teams.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and represent the dealership brand positively in all customer interactions.
