Position Overview

We are seeking an outgoing,
customer-focused individual to join our team as Entry‑Level Customer Service Representative
. In this role, you will work on‑site at promotional events
, engage with consumers, and support clients in delivering unforgettable brand experiences. This is a hands‑on, people‑centric position perfect for those passionate about customer service, event execution, and promotional marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist event attendees with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Represent client brands confidently while delivering key promotional messages
  • Provide excellent customer service and support at live outreach events
  • Execute promotional tactics including sampling, demos, and consumer engagement
  • Collect customer feedback to help improve event outcomes
  • Report event activity and outcomes to supervisors accurately
