We are currently seeking a full-time Service Receptionist / Cashier to join our Service Department. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being a key part of a high‑performing team in the automotive industry.
No prior experience is required but candidates with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, cashiering, scheduling, or administrative roles are strongly encouraged to apply. We provide training, ongoing support, and opportunities for long‑term career growth within the dealership.
This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while delivering excellent customer service in a professional environment.

- Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally at the service counter
- Check in and check out customers for service appointments
- Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments via phone, email, and in person
- Process customer payments accurately (cash, card, and other payment types)
- Provide updates to customers regarding vehicle status and service timelines
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow
- Answer incoming calls and assist with service‑related inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, appointments, and transactions
- Support pick‑up and delivery coordination when needed
- Ensure the service reception area remains organized and welcoming
- Strong customer service and communication skills
