Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly checkout experience.;
Oversees the daily activities of store associates, ensuring they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.;
Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and urgent issues.;
Manages the opening and closing processes, including securing cash, locking doors, and setting alarms for a smooth daily operation.;
Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve their performance.
