Job DescriptionWe are seeking a professional, customer-focused Apartment Concierge to join our team at a luxury apartment community. The Concierge is the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, creating a welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities- Greet residents, guests, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer phones, respond to resident inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Manage package deliveries and resident notifications.
- Monitor building access and visitor logs while maintaining community security procedures.
- Assist with resident requests and coordinate with property management as needed.
- Maintain the front desk, lobby, and common areas in a clean and organized manner.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and email correspondence.
- Report maintenance concerns and emergencies to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow all community policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
- Previous concierge, front desk, hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and email.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Apartment or property management experience
- Receptionist or administrative assistant experience
- Experience with Yardi, Entrata, or other property management software is a plus
Morning: 7am-3pm
Evening: 3pm-11pm
Overnight: 11am-7am
