Our CSRs are often the first point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Schedule service appointments
  • Provide customers with accurate information regarding services and appointment availability
  • Update and maintain customer information in the company's software system
  • Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction
  • Meet individual and team performance goals while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service or call center experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Experience with Service Titan or similar software preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the home services industry preferred
