Membership Services Intern
The Membership Services Intern is the operational point of contact for members: renewals, questions, and problems. It is the role with the highest volume of direct constituent contact in the organization, which makes it the fastest way for an intern to learn what the membership actually cares about. This role is ideal for: A student who wants to hear directly and constantly from the people the organization exists to serve, and who stays calm when they are unhappy.
