Position Summary
Our Member Services team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Member Services Coordinator to support our mission by efficiently managing order processing and supporting our national network of nonprofit members. This is a temporary position to provide surge support for a period of approximately four months, beginning October 1st.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following- Process nonprofit orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely fulfillment, while upholding a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for nonprofit partners, addressing order-related inquiries and resolving issues through email, phone and ticketing systems in a courteous and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve order discrepancies or concerns, working cross-functionally as needed to ensure a seamless and positive ordering experience for all nonprofit partners.
- Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels by handling inquiries with empathy, and efficiency across all communication channels.
- Respond promptly and professionally to partner questions, concerns, and feedback.
- Maintain accurate documentation of partner interactions and issue resolution for tracking, analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Flag recurring issues or process gaps to the team as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support evolving organizational goals and initiatives as they pertain to nonprofit engagement and service delivery.
- Take on additional order-processing or support-related tasks as needed during the surge period.
- 0-2 years of professional experience in customer service, account management or related role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear and professional support across different channels
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support nonprofit partners throughout their order processing journey
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Self-motivated, energetic attitude - Creative problem-solving and proactive approach to improving processes and nonprofit partner experiences
- Experience with CRM and order management platforms (Salesforce, Net Suite, Magento, Asana) a plus.
