We're looking for a customer-focused Customer Relationship Specialist to support our local and multinational customers and merchant partners. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless customer experience while working closely with Account Management and cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries and support ongoing business needs.
What You'll Do- Serve as the primary contact for customers and merchants via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering timely, professional support.
- Manage and update customer information in CRM and other internal systems.
- Take ownership of day-to-day operational requests and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
- Partner with Account Management and subject matter experts to resolve complex customer inquiries.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints with a focus on timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Accounting, Collections, KYC, and other teams to ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+years of professional customer service, customer relationship management, or similar client-facing role in a corporate or B2B environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing communication with corporate accounts
- Experience in the travel, payments, or credit card industry is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken), with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and partners across the US and Americas markets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid or remote team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and SAP.
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Hybrid role with a minimum of two days per week in the Alexandria, VA office, in accordance with local office policy.
- This is an 18-month contract position, with the possibility of an extension based on performance and business needs.
- Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
