We are seeking a creative, self-motivated, and inquisitive designer(s) with 2 to 3 years of experience in the field of landscape architecture or architecture to join our team. Responsibilities include supporting project teams to develop designs from concept through implementation. Daily work activities will include, but not be limited to, conceptual graphics, design presentations, site analysis, design studies, construction documentation, and construction observation tasks.
Strong consideration will be given to those candidates with experience in similar project types as our work.
We expect our staff to take initiative, propose creative ideas, and follow through on details and execution. Our firm works in integrated teams to facilitate a sense of camaraderie while also sharing knowledge, experience, and ideas to deliver exceptional projects while growing new talent. You will be great in this role if you are curious, think critically, and are open to feedback that fosters a more collaborative environment.
The successful candidate(s) will be incorporated into project teams and have the opportunity to see projects through from concept design to construction.

- 2-3 years of experience in the landscape architectural design field
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture (preferred) or Architecture from an accredited university
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Demonstrate strong design and graphic production skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Detail oriented, efficient, and adaptable to changing deadlines and priorities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with and use good judgement when working with Clients and Co-Collaborators
- Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines
- Experience with urban projects and on-structure construction
- Horticulture knowledge / planting design
- AutoCAD
- Revit (preferred)
- Civil 3D (preferred)
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Sketchup
- Lumion
- Freehand drawing
- Microsoft Office Suite
