Join a passionate team dedicated to improving the lives of at‑risk youth as a Medical Director – Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at a residential treatment facility in Virginia.
Responsibilities- Provide mental health care, including diagnosis, evaluations, testing, and medication management for children aged 5‑14 with trauma, psychiatric, and neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Supervise contracted mental health professionals and ensure the health and welfare of students.
- Work Monday through Friday with a hybrid schedule option.
- Offer leadership in a holistic, nurturing environment on a 270‑acre farm setting.
- MD/DO license in Virginia
- Board‑eligible or certified in psychiatry
- DEA license
- Experience with at‑risk youth
