Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with all regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Provide a welcoming & friendly classroom environment for children, parents & visitors.
- Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s curriculum.
- Manage effective classroom transitions.
- Supervise children during all activities; counsel children as needed using positive and appropriate discipline techniques.
- Ensure that the appearance, cleanliness, and safe environment of the classroom are appropriately maintained.
- Present a positive and professional image at all times adhering to uniform requirements.
- Communicate effectively with parents, e.g., greeting by name, addressing concerns in a timely manner, giving positive feedback, and providing regular updates on their child’s development and classroom happenings.
- At least 18 years of age
- CDA, Associate's, Bachelor Degree or higher education in Early Childhood Development or Education and/or related field.
- 35-40hr Professional Development Trainings completed through our online Quorum portal
- Willing to work 9:00-6:00 Shift, Monday-Friday
