About the RoleThe Goddard School is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Monitor to support our commitment to delivering a safe, nurturing, and high-quality early childhood education experience. In this role, you will assess program quality across classrooms and operations, ensuring compliance with Goddard's standards and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular observations and evaluations of classroom environments, teacher-child interactions, and curriculum delivery
- Assess compliance with Goddard School standards, state licensing regulations, and health & safety protocols
- Document findings and provide constructive, supportive feedback to teachers and school directors
- Identify trends and areas for improvement; escalate concerns to regional or franchise leadership as needed
- Assist in developing improvement plans and follow up on corrective actions
- Participate in audits, accreditation preparation, and quality review meetings
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred
- 1–2 years of childcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary
- Must meet background check requirements
