About the Role:

Join Montessori Kids Universe Cameron Square as a Montessori Lead Teacher for ages 3-6, where you will inspire young minds in a nurturing and engaging environment. We are looking for passionate educators who are dedicated to fostering creativity and independence in our students.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a Montessori curriculum tailored to the developmental needs of children aged 3-6.
• Facilitate a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Observe and assess student progress, providing individualized support and feedback.
• Collaborate with parents and staff to create a cohesive educational experience.
• Maintain classroom materials and resources, ensuring they are organized and accessible.
• Lead group activities that promote social skills and teamwork among students.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with Montessori practices.
• Engage in community outreach to promote the values and mission of Montessori Kids Universe Cameron Square.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Montessori certification for ages 3-6 is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a Montessori setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with children and families.
• Passion for child-centered education and a commitment to fostering independence.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Positive attitude and a nurturing demeanor to support student growth.
