Lifecyle​/Digital Marketing Specialist - $90K-$100K - NoVA

Our client, a leading professional association in Alexandria, VA, is seeking a direct hire Digital Marketing Specialist to join their busy and growing team!

• Plan and execute B2B and B2C integrated digital campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, display, and web channels.
• Build, test, deploy, and optimize campaigns utilizing marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Hub Spot, or Adobe.
• Track campaign data and report on performance to leadership and other internal teams, providing insights and recommendations.
• Manage audience segmentation, positioning, messaging strategy, and the full lifecycle of the customer journey to deliver high‑quality results.
• Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline marketing processes and workflows to improve campaigns and initiatives.

• 4+ years of relevant office support experience within hospitality or professional services.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Proficiency in Marketo, Hub Spot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Journey is required.
• Strong in reviewing and reporting data through GA4 and Tableau.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adept with managing competing priorities.

• Salary: $90K-$100K + annual merit bonus (DOE).
