Qualifications/

Preferred Experience:

• Certified Special Education Teacher, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentials encouraged
• Previous experience working with elementary-aged children, particularly in a one-on-one educational or behavioral intervention setting
• Familiarity with behavioral needs, interventions, and data tracking
• Experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD is highly valued
• Excellent communication, patience, and collaborative problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized educational and behavioral plans for 1st grade students, focusing on both academic and behavioral goals
• Work one-on-one to monitor progress and adapt strategies to support successful learning experiences
• Foster positive relationships with students, promoting confidence and engagement
• Collaborate with school administration, support staff, and families to ensure student success
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development as needed
