- Provide technical leadership and foster strong customer relationships to ensure program success
- Evaluates alternatives including cost and risk, supportability and analyses for total systems
- Recommends and develops innovative technical solutions, products, and/or standards in support of DOW strategy and operations
- Leads and manages the engineering staff performing systems requirements analysis, functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition, technical management, integration, system testing, and quality assurance
- Masters with 15+ years of prior relevant experience or Doctorate with 13-16 years of prior relevant experience
- Appropriate DoD 8140 Level 3 Certification
- TS/SCI
- Experience in evaluating and improving IT infrastructure and C5 ISR capabilities
- Experience providing technical leadership to staff involving multiple complex and interrelated project tasks
- Appropriate CISCO Certification
- Appropriate Cloud Solutions Certification (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience Leading Network Engineering and Systems Engineering Teams over past 5 years
- 2 years’ experience developing and implementing DoDAF Architecture for CCMD or Service Components
- 3+ years’ experience in INDOPACOM AOR leading engineering teams
