We have partnered with a large engineering services company in the Metro DC area to provide them with a Senior Electrical Engineer. Please review the description below and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Senior Electrical Engineer:- BS in Electrical Engineering
- Active Electrical PE
- 10–15 years consulting engineering experience
- Power systems design for commercial, industrial, healthcare, higher education, or federal facilities
- SKM, ETAP, or similar electrical modeling software
Applicants must be well versed in all aspects of electrical systems design and specification. The desired individual should be comfortable consulting to architects, owners, and general contractors, and have a desire to work as part of a multidiscipline engineering team.
Requirements of the Senior Electrical Engineer:- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S) in Electrical engineering or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Electrical Engineering (required)
- 10 to 15 years of experience.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Project Management experience and/or certifications.
- Desire to lead inter-disciplinary projects and project teams.
- Local AHJ experience and relationships is a plus.
- Active local industry involvement is a plus.
Key Requirements:
- Must be able to work in the office four (4) days a week
- Willingness to travel for occasional site visits
- No sponsor ships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
