SCOPE & PURPOSE

Under the daily direction of the Property Manager, the Front Desk Assistant will assist with the day-to-day operation of the property.

Duties & Responsibilities

Duties & responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to incoming guests and visitors.
  • Maintain constant surveillance of the building.
  • Enforce rules and regulations set forward by the property.
  • Sign in and sign out guests and visitors.
  • Assure all persons entering the building are authorized to do so.
  • Write reports for incidents or irregularities or unusual occurrences.
  • Walk the inside property 1st to the 6th floor on schedule.
  • Take necessary action in case of an emergency.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have impeccable customer service skills and experience.
  • As this position may entail being the first point of contact for current and prospective residence, must be personable, friendly, inviting, understanding, patient, and kind.
