SAP FI Consultant

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers on all SAP sales topics.
• Implement corrections in your specialist area in collaboration with Basis Consultants.
• Accept, analyze, resolve or forward customer reports and tickets and track and report them back to the customer using the company’s ticket system.
• Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA) with customers and implement a defined escalation process in case of non‑compliance.
• Develop solutions together with customers for business‑critical processes.
• Provide comprehensive support via telephone and electronic media, recommend improvement options, and implement these in cooperation with the customer.
• Create the basis for fast and secure communication and solution‑finding, contributing to better customer loyalty.

• Successfully completed vocational training or a degree.
• Several years of practical experience in SAP FI support or as a key user in in‑house projects.
• Experience supporting customers or specialist departments in SAP FI/CO operations: administration, support and monitoring.
• Strong customer‑advising skills with a focus on trustful and cooperative partnerships.
• Excellent level of English for customer communication.
• Ability to recognize problems, analyse their causes and propose solutions.
• Team spirit, resilience and flexibility to react quickly to new requirements.
