• Reporting to the Managing Director and CFO.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all accounting transactions in compliance with relevant legislation.
• Control and regulate accounting transactions in local accounting.
• Define and maintain financial controls including assurance that the company is in compliance with all corporate regulations and expectations.
• Prepare monthly management report package.
• Act as the contact person with the “Tax Outsourcing” firm, providing necessary data, and checking the correctness of tax returns before approval and ensuring all tax returns and declarations are submitted on time.
• Participate in the budget & forecast preparation process and assist in actual-budget variance analysis.
• Other roles to be defined according to the requirements of Group Accounting policies.
• Closely follow changes in Egyptian Accounting Standards and assist in adopting changes when necessary.
• Key player in the execution of regulatory compliance standards of the Group.
• Key player in the conversion to new accounting ERP.

• 40 hours per week following the Egyptian vacation system, weekend on Friday & Saturday.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 4‑6 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, basic IFRS, tax, payroll and other reporting experience in multinational companies.
• Having BIG4 companies or similar consultancy companies background is an asset.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting regulations, policies and procedures.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools.
• Experience with accounting software such as SAP, MS Office etc.
