Position: Financial Solutions Advisor Registration Candidate - Lake Barcroft Financial Center

Job Overview

Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) – responsible for obtaining required securities industry licenses, building and managing client relationships, and driving financial solutions for customers at Bank of America financial centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) license within 30 days of hire.
  • Complete Series7 and Series
    66 (or 63&65) licenses within 120 days.
  • Develop consultative relationships with banking customers, small‑business owners, and high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Provide comprehensive, client‑centric financial advice and present strategies to help clients achieve financial goals.
  • Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to meet client needs.
  • Maintain SAFE Act registration, including background check and ongoing compliance.
  • Participate in Academy training and one‑on‑one coaching programs.
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to obtain required industry licenses.
  • Self‑disciplined time and capacity management skills.
  • Experience establishing and cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills to build peer relationships.
  • Results‑driven mindset with the ability to prioritize clients in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks and adapt to new technology.
Desired Qualifications
  • Holder of FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) license.
  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum one year of financial services or sales experience.
  • Skills in client experience, branding, advisory, investment management, pipeline and referral management, executive presence, oral communication, and risk management.
Schedule & Employment Details
  • Weekly schedule:
    Monday‑Friday, with some Saturdays required.
  • Shift: 1st shift (United States of America).
  • Hours per week: 40.
